With over 9 years in the fitness industry our passion to help others has been centred around health and wellbeing. Habit Heartbeat was created to help women manage their anxiety by identifying and using habits to maximise their productivity.

About the founder

A Wellbeing Coach, Advocate and Speaker

Vanessa's passion to help others has been centered around health and wellbeing. Her journey began with wanting to understand the benefits of different types of exercise. 10 years ago, she became a certified personal trainer and later a group fitness instructor. After her own personal struggles with anxiety, she decided to use her experience and fitness background to coach wellbeing and create Habit Heartbeat that has a vision is to encourage a new generation of individuals to unapologetically put their wellbeing first.

Vanessa's approach draws on her own experiences, as well as the latest research in anxiety, stress, and physical wellbeing.  She is a sought-after speaker and has delivered keynote addresses and workshops on topics of motivation, mindset and managing anxiety to maximise productivity, improve self-esteem and physical health awareness.

Today Vanessa is focusing on being able to give young women in education something she never had growing up and give busy women consistent relief from their daily schedules will mean they have the tools to navigate through anxiety and create habits that will serve their wellbeing.
